It all began with a very personal need. After Lenore Shebuski’s mastectomy in 1980, she realized how hard it was to find post-surgery products in places that felt compassionate and dignified. So she opened Front Room Underfashions as a boutique designed specifically for women — a space where they could access everything they needed before and after surgery, surrounded by care and understanding.
Our Foundational Offerings
Today, we are proud to continue that tradition with professional services that meet women where they are in their health journeys. We offer mastectomy bra fittings by certified mastectomy fitters who bring both expertise and empathy to every appointment. Our custom fitting is not just for mastectomy bras, we also do custom bras for all women and for all sizes! We carry bras with bands from 30-56 and cups from AA-P, and have many styles available in underwire and softcup. You can schedule your custom fitting here — and rest assured you’ll be in caring, capable hands.
We also carry a wide selection of wigs to help women feel confident and beautiful during hair loss. Our wigs department offers styles in various colors, cuts, and textures, with a licensed cosmetologist on staff to help find the perfect match.
